FAQ's, Shipping, and Returns
All item specifications are placed on every listing. Because each product is different, there may be different descriptions for each.
All products are manufactured through companies with honest working regulations, worker safety, and cruelty-free guarantee. Please note that any information I provide is what I know to be true from the manufacturers I work with, therefore I am not responsible for any misinformation from the manufacturers.
All products are carefully looked over to ensure the best quality.
Any marketing and packaging materials are designed and put together by me.
All product photos are taken and edited by me, so that you can see an actual product photo and not a commercial or stock photo.
Print photos are credited on each listing and are sold/displayed with permission of photographers.
Shipping and payment
Most items ship 1-2 weeks after payment has been cleared.
For prints, it can take up to 3 weeks, as they are processed once a week.
Pre-ordered items ship 1-2 weeks after pre-ordering time has ended.
I accept payment via PayPal and ship via USPS with tracking.
Please note that items are shipped as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
There are no returns or refunds on items that have been damaged through shipping! I am not responsible for any damage that shipping may have caused, however please note that I try to put as much care into packaging and mailing as possible.
For health reasons, there are no returns or refunds on beauty products.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and an explanation, and I will try to accommodate and help you.
I reserve the right to refuse this service, over any false, compromising, or insulting information/person.
Lost or items not received
If a long time has passed and you have not received your item, please message me with detail information about your order to email@example.com.
It is possible that your item may have gotten lost, delayed in processing, or there was an error. I will try to accommodate and fix the situation to the best of my ability.
Placing an order
My store is set up to work as any other online store. Simply add the items you want to your cart! Once you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag logo at the top of the page. That will take you to your cart, where you can review and place your order. All orders are processed through a secure site via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit cards.
